A short page, because you should know who is telling you things about your ad account before you act on them.
I'm Espen Opdahl. I run Meta ad accounts through Claude and Meta's official ads connector, and I write down what actually happens — the parts that work, the parts that break, and the things the documentation doesn't mention.
Two things, and I'd rather be plain about both:
Posts link to the product. I've tried to keep that to the end of the piece, after you've got what you came for. If a post ever reads like an ad wearing a blog's clothes, that's a failure on my part and I'd like to know.
Google recommends saying how content was made, and given what this site is about, hiding it would be absurd.
I use Claude to draft posts. The topics come from a queue I maintain by hand. Every draft goes through an automated check before it can be published, and the strictest rule in it is about numbers: every figure in a post has to trace to a written-down, sourced entry that a human added. If a number isn't on that list, the post doesn't publish. It's a mechanical check, not a promise about good behaviour — a model can't argue its way past a string comparison.
What that buys you: no invented statistics, no fabricated case studies, no "a client of mine" stories, and no ROAS or earnings claims anywhere on this site. What it doesn't buy you is infallibility. If you find something wrong here, tell me and I'll fix it and say that I did.
Corrections, disagreements, or "you got this wrong": espen.opdahl@gmail.com. Corrections are the most useful mail I get.
The weekly system: the routine, the prompts, the report formats, and the rules about what an AI is allowed to touch. Everything it drafts starts paused.
